Our Services

Everything your technology touches, handled

14 service lines under one roof. Take the whole stack or just the piece you are missing, and scale up whenever you are ready.

Why Fiber1Solutions

The provider you call when the last one kept passing you along

Technology problems rarely stay inside one category. A dropped video call is a network problem. A camera that keeps going offline is a cabling problem. A phone system that sounds terrible is a bandwidth problem. When those live with four different vendors, you become the project manager.

We built Fiber1Solutions to end that. Managed IT, security, cloud, phones, cabling and AV all sit with one team, under one agreement, with one number to call.

More about how we work
  • One partner for the whole stack

Most providers hand off the moment your problem involves a cable, a camera or a conference room. We run all of it ourselves, so nobody gets to blame the other vendor.

  • Engineers, not a ticket queue

You reach someone who already knows your environment. No tier one script, no repeating the problem three times before anything happens.

  • Flat, predictable pricing

One monthly number covering support, monitoring and tooling. Your IT spend stops swinging with the number of things that went wrong that month.

  • Local and on site when it matters

Remote support handles most of it. When a problem needs hands on hardware, we are close enough to be there the same day.

How we start

Four steps from first call to fully managed

No lengthy discovery phase you pay for, and no commitment before you have seen what we found.

  1. 01

    Assessment

An engineer documents what you actually have, tests your backups and checks the systems that matter most. You get a written findings report whether or not you hire us.

  2. 02

    Plan and quote

We rank what we found by real business risk, not technical severity, then quote a fixed scope with a sequence that respects your budget and your calendar.

  3. 03

    Onboard

Two to four weeks of structured work: monitoring and security agents deployed, backups standardized, documentation built and whatever we found broken repaired.

  4. 04

    Run and improve

Continuous monitoring, scheduled patching and unlimited support, with a quarterly review that keeps a rolling technology roadmap in front of you.

FAQ

Common questions before the first call

If your question is not here, ask it directly. We answer these all day and we would rather you had the information before you commit to anything.

Still stuck? Send us the question and a real engineer will answer it.

What size businesses do you work with?

Most of our clients run between 10 and 250 staff across one or several locations. Below that a full managed agreement is often more than a business needs, and we will tell you so and scope something smaller instead.

Do you only serve Westchester County?

We are based in Yorktown Heights and Westchester County, NY, Rockland County, NY, Putnam County, NY, New York City, NY is our core region, where on site response is same day. For scheduled project work such as buildouts, cabling and multi site rollouts we travel anywhere in the United States. Remote support and cloud work we deliver nationwide.

Can you work alongside our existing IT person?

Yes, and it is common. Co-managed arrangements let your internal IT manager stay the face of technology while we provide after hours coverage, monitoring tooling, project capacity and specialist skills. It also removes the single point of failure that one internal person represents.

How quickly can you respond to an emergency?

Critical issues that stop work get a response in under 15 minutes during business hours, and emergency support is available around the clock for clients on an agreement. Most problems are resolved remotely. When hardware needs hands, we are local enough to get there.

What does it cost to get started?

The initial assessment is free and there is no obligation attached to it. Ongoing managed services typically run between 100 and 200 dollars per user per month depending on your environment and compliance requirements. Project work is quoted as a fixed scope.

Are we locked into a long contract?

Our standard agreement goes month to month after an initial term. If we are not delivering, you should be able to leave. We would rather earn the renewal than trap you into it.
