Accessibility statement

We want this site to work for everyone. Here is what we have done and how to tell us when we have fallen short.

Our aim

This website is built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1 at level AA. That standard is the reference point we design and test against, and it is what we recommend to clients building their own sites.

What we have done

  • Semantic HTML structure with a single logical heading order on every page
  • All functionality reachable by keyboard, with a visible focus indicator throughout
  • A skip link to jump past navigation straight to the main content
  • Text and interface colors checked against WCAG AA contrast ratios
  • Descriptive alternative text on images that carry meaning, and none on decorative ones
  • Form fields with real labels, clear error messages and errors announced to screen readers
  • Accordions and menus built with native elements and correct ARIA attributes
  • Layouts that reflow to 320 pixels wide and support 200 percent zoom without loss of content
  • Animation reduced automatically when your system requests reduced motion
  • Text that does not rely on color alone to convey meaning

Known limitations

The verification widget on our contact form is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile. It is designed to be accessible and does not use image based puzzles, but it is third party software we do not control. If it prevents you from contacting us, call 914-214-9210 or email info@fiber1solutions.com and we will take your details directly.

Tell us if something is wrong

If any part of this site is difficult or impossible for you to use, we want to hear about it, and we treat it as a defect rather than a suggestion.

Email info@fiber1solutions.com or call 914-214-9210. Tell us what page you were on, what you were trying to do and what happened. We aim to respond within five business days and to fix confirmed issues promptly.

If you need information from this site in a different format, ask us and we will provide it.
